We are proud to share that InsuredHQ has been named one of Insurance Business's Global 5-Star Technology and Software Providers for 2026, for the second consecutive year.
The 2026 report recognises 28 insurance technology providers across nine countries and six technology categories, including Guidewire, Vertafore, Cotality, JAVLN, Wilbur and others. It is published annually by Insurance Business, the global media platform for insurance professionals, and remains one of the few insurtech recognitions decided by the people who actually use the platforms every day.
This is not a vendor-nominated or editor-selected award. The 28 winners were chosen off the back of a fifteen-week global research programme in which Insurance Business surveyed and interviewed insurance brokers worldwide about the technology platforms they rely on day to day.
Brokers were asked to rate providers against six criteria, ranked in the following order of importance:
Only providers that scored at or above the 5-star threshold across those criteria made the final list.
Every award is nice to win. This one is meaningful because of who voted and what they voted on. Those who rated us are the people logging into IHQ to quote, bind, service and renew policies, every day, in production. Their verdict is the one we care most about.
The criteria matter too. Ease of use, customer support and process efficiency are the three things our customers tell us separate a core platform you can live with from one you quietly work around. Being recognised against that specific scorecard, two years in a row, against a global field that includes some of the largest names in the industry, is something we take seriously.
To the people who took the time to rate us: thank you. To our customers across the globe who use the platform every day and push us to make it better: this recognition is as much yours as ours. And to the IHQ team who build, support and keep improving the product: well deserved.
