Why we're there

UAC's 121 agency members do something genuinely difficult. You're managing insurance transactions on behalf of principal insurers - often across multiple jurisdictions, currencies, and lines - while staying compliant, profitable, and fast enough to win business against carriers with ten times your headcount.

The platforms most agencies run on weren't built for that. They were built for carriers, then bent into shape for agencies. The result is usually some combination of spreadsheets, workarounds, and a lot of patience.

That's the gap we built InsuredHQ to close.

A bit about us

InsuredHQ is a core insurance administration platform built for general insurance carriers, agents, and startups. We're Auckland-based, work across AU, NZ, and international markets, and our customers run everything from single-product MGAs to multi-line agencies with complex distribution networks.

We're not the biggest platform on the market. We are one of the more flexible ones - which, for most underwriting agencies, turns out to matter more.
